Donations and Patronage are essential to our functioning. The Greeters are all volunteers.
Donations and patronage are essential to our survival! You have understood that Greeters are a citizen movement outside the commercial world. What motivates us is the encounter with others and the sharing of our environments: cities, villages and rurality. Nevertheless, managing requests and walks requires attention and work. Especially since we aim for a quality contact with our visitors and a flawless management of requests.
You can help us meet this requirement by simply making a donation. Thank you for your support.

We are looking for Sponsors to help ou developpment.
The Greeters of France have joined together in a non-profit association, under the 1901 law. They founded the Fédération France Greeters, which brings together 65 greeter organizations in France at the end of 2018. That is more than 1800 volunteers on the French territory.
Our statutes classify our members into different colleges, including a “Donor” college open to regular patrons who are willing to support us financially with an annual donation. We are not yet recognized as “of public utility”, but we believe we will one day be.
Our statutes provide for representation of the “Donor” college in the form of a director elected for 3 years by the Federation’s general assembly. This director, therefore, has one vote on the Steering Committee of 7 people of the federation.
We will receive with respect and deep gratitude any proposal for sponsorship from the Greeters of France for the benefit of all the volunteers who give their time to welcome travelers to their country. We really want to make the statistics that have already ranked France among the least welcoming countries in Europe for many years contradict the statistics.
