A meeting with a Greeter is the discovery of Nantes and its surroundings in the footsteps of a local: in the city, on the Atlantic coast, in the heart of the vineyards, on the banks of the Nantes-Brest Canal… The walk is free and the inhabitants are volunteers. Mariette was really friendly, knowledgeable and patient. She allowed us to take our time exploring and spent a great amount of time with us. She gave us all the best spots to eat and sat with us for some dessert. I would definitely recommend this service.
