Annie could not have been a more perfect match for us. She is knowledgeable, personable, and her fluent English was greatly appreciated by my husband, who does not speak French. We feel we made a friend in Nice with Annie. Thank you, Nice Greeters, for providing us this opportunity to connect with this lovely city and this lovely person!
A wonderful walk with Jean-Paul in the Parc du Vinaigrier. He picked us up at the hotel and then we strolled around, learning lots of information and explanations, and enjoying a fantastic view of Nice and the surrounding area! Don’t miss it!!! We loved it!
Hello, Bernard is a true expert on the history, anecdotes, and geography of Nice and the surrounding region. I thoroughly enjoyed this informative and very pleasant walking tour. Bernard answers all your questions and goes out of his way to make your stroll through Nice as enjoyable as possible. What’s really great is that Bernard asks you what you’d like to see right from the start. So, it’s not a routine tour where he simply recites his city, but rather a chance to listen to and guide the visitor as they discover it. He’s a true enthusiast, a speaker “possessed” by his love for his city, which he conveys perfectly… BRAVO Bernard!!! Partly thanks to you, I’ll be back in Nice. Sophie.

Each of the “Greeter de France” destinations is led and managed by a local actor: Association, collective of residents or tourist entity (Tourist Offices, Departmental Tourism Committee). These actors are all members of the FFG (France Greeters Federation) and as such respect the same operating rules. They follow the values and ethics defined globally by IGA (International Greeter Association). The management and coordination of the France Greeters Federation ensures the pooling of our processes and tools, our global presence on the Web and social networks as well as the sharing of our communication programs.

BETWEEN EARTH AND SEA
From the top of the Aber Ildut to the small port of Mazou, Maryvonne will accompany you for a small eclectic hike. Between the rocky coast of the Iroise Sea, with a view of the Molène archipelago, and ribinoù (small bocage paths in Breton), discover two very different facets and yet so close to our territory. Blue and green mix together to form a single word in Breton: glaz.
