Hello, we really enjoyed our visit to Nancy with Jean Marie. Before We came from Nancy, we had already exchanged with him to talk about our interests. And he sent us presentations so that we could get ideas of what awaits us in Nancy. We saw a lot of unusual places that we wouldn’t have seen without him. We travelled through the city with Annie’s childhood memories. It brought us into the privacy of the city. His expertise on the points of history, history of art nouveau art deco amazed us. On the other hand, as we walk in front of recent urban achievements and the future, Nancy appeared to us as a rich and vibrant city.

Christelle gave us an interesting and very informative tour of the center of Nancy. This was our first visit and following on her steps we continued to discover the city the following day. In spite of her bad cold, she was very friendly, funny and was an important part of a very enjoyable stay in Nancy.

Each of the Greeters destinations in France are run and managed by local players: Associations or Tourist Entities (Tourist Offices or Departmental Tourism Committee). They are all members of the FFG (France Greeters Federation) and as such respect the same operating rules. They follow the values and ethics defined globally by IGA (International Greeter Association). FFG coordination ensures the pooling of our tools, our global presence on the Web and social networks and the sharing of our communication programs.
